He knew very well that from the moment  when the paradigm of the innocent victim is installed, which is what he  comes to do, <strong>the normal human mechanism for creating peace is over<\/strong>,  that is, the all-against-one of sacralized victimization, <strong>apparently  blessed by god, has broken down<\/strong>.
